Shipping questions

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO?

We ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes on orders under $500. Higher-value orders need a street address for signature delivery.

Which carriers do you use?

UPS Ground and USPS Priority for standard, UPS 2nd Day Air for expedited. The carrier is chosen by destination, not by you.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Only before dispatch. Email us right away — once a label scans we can’t redirect the package.

What about Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?

Not yet. We ship to the lower 48 only, and we don’t ship to freight forwarders.

Is my order insured?

Every shipment is insured for its full value. If it arrives damaged, file with us within 48 hours and we replace it.

What if my package is marked delivered but missing?

Contact us within 7 days. We open a carrier trace and, if it isn’t recovered, ship a replacement or refund in full.
