Cosmetic grading is assessed at arm's length under standard lighting by our intake team. Battery health figures are measured at the time of testing.

A grade describes cosmetic wear. These are hard limits — a device with any of them doesn't get listed at any grade.

Any crack, chip or delamination on the display fails intake — at every grade.

Displays are checked on a full-color sweep. Any pixel defect or retained image is rejected.

Devices still tied to a previous account never make it past intake and are returned to the supplier.

If measured health falls below 80%, the device is replaced or the battery is serviced before listing.

Any tripped liquid-contact indicator is an automatic rejection, functional or not.

Devices with aftermarket screens or batteries are pulled and never listed as graded stock.
